About the Rainbow Run 5k
The colors of the rainbow are as diverse as the people in our community. To celebrate this diversity, MS Capital City Pride offers the Annual Rainbow Run 5k and Kids Fun Run. This is an inclusive, fun and competitive race that honors all LGBTQIA+ individuals and the allies that support us as it raises money for LGBTQIA+ causes.

Rainbow Run 5k 2025 Impact
Thank you to everyone who participated in the 5th Annual Rainbow Run 5k and Kids Fun Run on June 14, 2025! This amazing race returned to the historic Fondren neighborhood in Jackson, MS. The race's start/finish line was at Broadmeadow United Methodist Church Park (4419 Broadmeadow Drive, Jackson, MS 39206).
We had over 140 participants, and had the most amazing time on a beautiful June day with runners, volunteers, sponsors, and cheerleaders.
