On Saturday, June 25, 2022, the HIV Information and Prevention Services (HIPS) Program at Jackson Hinds Comprehensive Health Center, the U=U Mississippi Outreach Project of Prevention Access Campaign (PAC), and Mississippi Capital City Pride (MCCP) collaborated and observed National HIV Testing Day (NHTD) by hosting the Southern Health Alliance Unity Festival (S.H.A.U. Fest).

December 3, 2022: The 4th Annual World Aids Day Gala at Hal & Mal’s featuring a burlesque show as a benefit for Grace House Services, followed by a dance party.
Rob Hill is the Mississippi State Director of Human Rights Campaign, and possesses over ten years of leadership in parish ministry-ordained Elder in the United Methodist Church and has over ten years of leadership of a civil rights advocacy nonprofit. He has community involvement working with interfaith and ecumenical collaborations, is successful fundraising efforts in multiple settings, and has experience counseling individuals in parish and clinical settings concerning their spiritual and emotional needs. He has been a tireless and constant advocate for LGBTQ+ and minority rights in Mississippi and beyond.
Jazielle Noelle Braxton works as a motivational and informational speaker to denounce stigma of black transgender women of color in churches, in healthcare, and in the community. In 2017, she received the Connie Norman Advocacy Award from APAIT for her steadfast commitment to the well-being of the transgender community and was honored with Media Advocacy Miss Congeniality recognition.
